How to Make Scrambled Eggs


  • Ingredients : 
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and freshly ground black or white pepper or garlic powder (optional)
  • Butter or oil spray
  • Milk
  • Olive oil
  • Water
  • Cheese
how to make : 
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1 teaspoon salt and pepper each. 
  2. On high heat, melt enough fat, such as butter or olive oil, to coat the entire pan. 
  3. Turn the heat down to low once the pan is hot enough. 
  4. Introduce the beaten eggs to the pan. 
  5. Move a spatula around the pan to lift up the cooked eggs and expose the still-wet portions of egg to the heat. 
  6. When the eggs are still ever-so-slightly wet, remove the pan from the heat. The eggs will continue to cook.
