- 2 eggs
- Salt and freshly ground black or white pepper or garlic powder (optional)
- Butter or oil spray
- Milk
- Olive oil
- Water
- Cheese
how to make :
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1 teaspoon salt and pepper each.
- On high heat, melt enough fat, such as butter or olive oil, to coat the entire pan.
- Turn the heat down to low once the pan is hot enough.
- Introduce the beaten eggs to the pan.
- Move a spatula around the pan to lift up the cooked eggs and expose the still-wet portions of egg to the heat.
- When the eggs are still ever-so-slightly wet, remove the pan from the heat. The eggs will continue to cook.
